Australian Privacy Principle 8 makes you accountable for an overseas recipient of personal information. That barely touches drawings; it bites hardest on accounts and payroll. So our contract pack binds our Vietnamese entity to the APPs, every seat works on a virtual desktop with nothing stored locally, and we complete a Data Transfer Impact Assessment under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law for every engagement that involves personal data.

Why only for existing clients?
Because the onboarding, data-handling and supervision model is shared with your technical seat, and because our value is in construction — an accounts seat added to a detailing team is a better product than a stand-alone bookkeeping service.
How is our financial data protected?
The same way as drawings: virtual desktop inside your environment, role-based access, APP 8 contractual binding of our Vietnamese entity, Data Transfer Impact Assessment under Vietnam's PDPL, and IP and confidentiality in every employment agreement. Financial data is where APP 8 bites hardest and we treat it accordingly.
Can your people handle Payday Super?
Yes. Superannuation has been payable every payday since 1 July 2026, which is more processing and tighter cash timing — a live reason many builders are moving payroll processing offshore.
