What we offer
- Meaningful work. Your drawings become houses in Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. You will see the frames you detailed go up.
- Sponsored certification. We pay for accredited nail-plate, Tekla and Revit training, and completion is a titled step on the ladder.
- A published progression ladder. Estimator → Senior Estimator → Detailer → Senior Detailer → Team Leader, with named succession plans.
- Market pay, indexed, with published bands. Plus 13th month, transport and meal allowances, and family support.
- Australian hours, flexible arrangements. Start early, finish early. Hybrid options after probation.
- Two cities. Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, with movement between them.

ApplyRoles are updated as recruitment opens in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. No engineering degree is required to convert from estimating to detailing — the accredited nail-plate pathway names estimators as a standard entry cohort.
