Common questions
Which NCC edition do you draft to?
The one that applies to the project. Victoria adopted NCC 2025 on 1 May 2026, including the Victorian variations. New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia remain on NCC 2022 until their adoption dates. We check at intake and note the edition on the set.
Can you produce our permit documentation?
We prepare it; your registered practitioner reviews and lodges it. Certifiers and councils see your name and registration on the drawings, as they should.
Do you work in our Revit template?
Yes. Your template, families and standards on a virtual desktop within your environment. We do not rebuild your library unless you ask us to.
What does a drafting pilot look like?
A defined set — for example, a single-dwelling working drawing set from your sketch design — with an agreed sheet count, turnaround and fixed fee, reviewed by your principal.
Can you rebuild our Revit library?
Yes — template, family and detail-library development is a scoped project we do regularly, in your environment.
